Shipping policy

1. Where can we ship the electric scooter and accessories?

We currently deliver to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For Greece, we only ship accessories (see table below). Electric scooters cannot be delivered to Greece at this time.

 

2. How long will it take to receive the package and how to track it?

We typically process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order information. The estimated delivery time shown in the table below does not include processing time. You will receive an automated email with tracking information after your order is shipped.

Shipping notes:

  • Scooters are shipped from our European warehouse. We will select the most suitable warehouse (e.g., Germany or Poland) based on your address and stock availability to shorten delivery time.
  • Accessories are generally shipped directly from China. Delivery times are listed in the "Accessories" column of the table.

 

3. What if you receive a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product(s), or if you see discrepancies in quantity or quality between the product(s) delivered and the specification thereof in the relevant order confirmation or invoice, please take clear pictures of the situation and contact our customer service within 3 business days after receipt of the product(s). We will conduct an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you in solving the problem.

NOTE: If you find that the outer packaging is damaged when you sign for the package, please note the damage description on the logistics receipt so that we can file a claim for you.

 

4. Which carriers do we use and what are the estimated delivery times?

We primarily ship via FEDEX, DPD, and DHL. While we cannot accommodate carrier selection at checkout, if you have a special request, please contact our customer service. Any additional costs incurred for specific carrier requests must be covered by you. In general, shipping is free of charge for all products (both scooters and accessories).

📦 European warehouse stock note: The following accessories are stocked in our European warehouse and will be shipped from there by default, with the same delivery time as scooters for the respective country (see "Scooter delivery time" column above):

  • Rear Wheel Brushless Motor for RZ800
  • Removable Seat for RZ800 & RZ1000 - Black
  • Removable Seat for RZ800 & RZ1000 - Grey

All other accessories are shipped from China with the delivery times shown in the "Accessories" column.

🌍 Expanding delivery countries: If your country is not listed above but you are interested in our products, please contact our customer service. We will evaluate the possibility of opening more countries based on demand.

 

5. In case of unforeseen circumstances

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, unforeseen production delays, delays caused by third-party suppliers, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timeframes and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. If a timely delivery does not take place, an alternative delivery date will be given. Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may also lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email.

 

6. What if the products get lost during shipping?

In case the ordered product(s) do not reach the provided address (when correctly provided) or get lost during the shipping process, we retain the right to a full investigation and search that can take up to 30 business days. Within this period, we retain the right to withhold a full refund or to resend the same product(s). We will always update you on the progress and results of the investigation, upon which suitable and reasonable action can be taken.
