Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered under one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

The quickest and easiest way is to use our online withdrawal form. You can find it on our website by going to the navigation menu and clicking "Withdrawal", then filling in the "Withdrawal Form". The form will ask you to provide a valid order number and the email address associated with your order, which helps us to verify your purchase and speed up the processing of your request. Order information is retained in our system for a maximum of 60 days. Please note that using the online form is not mandatory – you still have the right to withdraw by any other clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For products such as electric scooters, off-road motorcycles, and related accessories, handling necessary for such examination includes, for example, a brief functional test on a clean, private surface that does not cause dirt, scratches, or other signs of sustained use. Any use that goes beyond what is reasonable to ascertain the product's function — such as riding on public roads or rough terrain, using the product for a distance or period that leads to wear, or removing protective films and seals beyond the extent needed for inspection — may be considered beyond the necessary examination. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct an amount proportionate to the loss in value from your refund.

Return of the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please send the goods to the address provided in your return instructions. 

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.

Recommendations for a Smooth Return Process

Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We kindly ask you to return the goods with all accessories, manuals, and packaging components, if reasonably possible. While using the original packaging is recommended, it is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

To help us verify the condition of the goods and process your refund more quickly, we recommend that you take clear photos or videos of the goods before shipment. This documentation is entirely optional and not a requirement for exercising your statutory withdrawal right, but it can help protect both parties in the unlikely event of a dispute regarding the condition of the returned items.
